  • Lina Petraityte

    Pilates

    Lina, founder of Egoist Body Studios, believes in small professional and tailored classes. Pilates in her view is caviar of sports. Her harmony is within the walls of the Egoist Body studios. Having studied Economics at LSE and coming from finance background Lina can relate to her busy clients and cater for their needs.

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Passionate practitioner and teacher of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, studied under many knowledgeable and well loved Vinyasa Flow Yoga teachers such as Shiva Rea, Mercedes Ngoh and Simon Park. Still studying and exploring the world of yoga everyday , my classes are designed with care and intention to promote wellness and strength on all levels - mental, physical and spiritual.

  • Kate Snowden

    Ballet Teacher

    Kate trained at the Royal Ballet School in London and went on to dance professionally with Deutsche Oper Berlin, Northern Ballet Theatre and the Staatsballett (Berlin) ballet companies. She then qualified as a ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and has taught in various private schools in Berlin, London and Surrey.

  • Becky Uden

    Pilates

    Passionate about Pilates and movement, Becky trained with the JPilates training and education group in London and is level 3 mat qualified, as well as holding qualifications in pre and post natal Pilates. She is currently studying for Reformer Pilates. Her aim is to share and demonstrate how Pilates can improve and enhance your life.

  • Claire Shaw

    Yoga, Pilates

    Prior to becoming a teacher of Yoga and Pilates, Claire completed professional training in contemporary dance. Motivated by her love of movement and dancing, Claire’s teaching style encourages a playful yet challenging class, with emphasis placed on creating a strong and balanced body.

  • Nina Tascon

    Women Yoga

    Nina Tascon is a yoga teacher, therapist and founder of Woomly. Her work focuses on women’s body and natural cycles, teaching and coaching them in all stages: as kids and teenagers, adults and seniors. After her own pregnancy, Nina found some yoga classes out there too hard on her body and not so feminine, so she created Strong Women Yoga a series of classes to tone the body whilst connecting with the strong women inside. Nina is also a well-known fertility, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher in addition to being a certified Doula.
