    Pilates

    Lina, founder of Egoist Body Studios, believes in small professional and tailored classes. Pilates in her view is caviar of sports. Her harmony is within the walls of the Egoist Body studios. Having studied Economics at LSE and coming from finance background Lina can relate to her busy clients and cater for their needs.

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Passionate practitioner and teacher of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, studied under many knowledgeable and well loved Vinyasa Flow Yoga teachers such as Shiva Rea, Mercedes Ngoh and Simon Park. Still studying and exploring the world of yoga everyday , my classes are designed with care and intention to promote wellness and strength on all levels - mental, physical and spiritual.

    Ballet Teacher

    Kate trained at the Royal Ballet School in London and went on to dance professionally with Deutsche Oper Berlin, Northern Ballet Theatre and the Staatsballett (Berlin) ballet companies. She then qualified as a ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and has taught in various private schools in Berlin, London and Surrey.

    An extensive yoga education with teachers from around the world has had an insightful effect on Austeja’s style of teaching, which is a blend of Patanjali’s Asthanga, eight-fold path, flowing Vinyasa sequencing and T. Krishnamacharya’s teachings. She has taught many from blind students to triathletes in the UK and overseas.     Liezel is Body Control Pilates certified teacher from South Africa. For Liezel, pilates began a source of healing after a spinal injury, but she soon realised the benefits of pilates while using the mind to control the muscles and thus the body. Liezel believes in a dynamic and active approach while still relaxing the mind, thus releasing tension and stress in the body which is essential to bring about constructive change in the body.

    Ieva is a devoted yoga teacher, senior Sun Moon Partner & Community Yoga teacher trainer, and Thai Yoga Massage therapist. She facilitates community focused yoga classes and dance workshops at a wide range of events in London and internationally, specialising in Social Yoga with Partner, Community & Acro Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage.
