A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that links movement to breathe to help open and tone the body, release tension and calm the mind. A typical class will include a series of energising and strengthening sequences to warm up our bodies, and then some longer-held poses to really open up those tight places. You will also play with inversions and arm balances to challenge and encourage us to see things from a new perspective. Sessions are challenging but suitable to all as different variations are allowed to help accommodate for all. Our session concludes with a deep relaxation and some uplifting words to help us take our yoga off our mats and into the world.
