Join us for an escape to the Lithuanian Lake District with a yoga and pilates retreat.

Enjoy several days in a private estate overflowing with lakeside charm and lovingly looked after by the owners. Complete with an eco hot tub, sauna, and lakeside view, you can also rest assured that everything you eat is locally sourced, vegetarian or vegan, and cooked by an in-house chef.

Whilst practising yoga and pilates on a wooden terrace one can also feed their eyes and soul with the beauty of the lake, align to pine trees, and inhale & exhale the balsamic fresh air of the pine forest. This intimate retreat of only 10 people is appropriate for the beginner as well as the experienced yoga/pilates practitioner. In line with the Egoist Body Studio mentality of small classes that give personalised attention to every client, this retreat will challenge and benefit everyone no matter his or her skill level.

Yoga Teacher:  Joana Tireviciute
Joana teaches slow flow yoga and focuses her attention on correct movement with hands on adjustments to excel your yoga practise. She has been fortunate enough to train with Shiva Rea and Simon Park and this has influenced hugely her teaching style and is very evident in her classes.  She gained her 500 Hours Diploma in Yoga Teaching, VYEET Melbourne and since then has completed numerous additional trainings including 50 hours Prana Flow Teacher Intensive with Shiva Rea in  Kerala and  pre-natal and post-natal Yoga, Baby Bliss Melbourne 2013.
